What services do you offer?

Pure provides a range of property management and housekeeping services specifically designed with holiday homes in mind. We understand that each home and property owner has unique requirements and we always strive to tailor our services to your individual needs. These are our core services from which property owners can select the services required:
· Housekeeping and Linen - Changeover and guest departure cleans are our most commonly scheduled cleans, however, we also provide pre-season deep cleans designed to get the property pristine before the busy season. We also offer pre-arrival refresher cleans when the property has been vacant for a few weeks and just needs a light touch to ensure it is guest-ready. Our housekeeping team provides your property with the most sumptuous linen for your guests. Fresh sheets are brought in before every guest arrival and used sheets are removed shortly after guest departure.
· Property Management Checks - Most holiday home insurance policies stipulate that a property should not be left vacant for more than two weeks. Our checks not only ensure the security and high standard of maintenance of your property, they also ensure you're fully compliant with the insurance policy for your home during the less busy periods.
· 24/7 Guest assistance - Pure provides a round-the-clock guest assistance service designed to handle all guest emergencies and issues. Providing you with peace of mind while ensuring your guests receive the highest level of service during their stay. Thus turning your property into a hands-free source of passive income for you.

· Waste Management - UK law is tough on the removal of waste from commercial sites and properties. The days when holiday home owners could get away with passing their waste off as residential waste to council waste collections services are over. Pure offers a range of private waste collection services tailored to the needs of short-term holiday lets. That means collection schedules to match your bookings and zero waste to landfill.
· Property Maintenance and Legal Compliance - Our team can ensure your property is guest-ready before every booking. With reputable tradespeople accustomed to the tight time frames on which holidays lets operate, we can resolve any problem, no matter the size. Legal Compliance can be a minefield too. Pure takes the hassle and complication of this out of your hands by arranging compliance on your behalf. Our team stay up to date on changes in guidelines, laws and regulations in the industry and will ensure you’re kept up to date and compliant.

How often should I schedule housekeeping services?

When you choose Pure housekeeping services, you’ll only need to schedule cleans with us if you haven’t instructed a booking agency for your property. Pure works closely with a wide array of the most reputable holiday let booking agencies in the UK. We’ll schedule our housekeeping teams based on the booking data they provide, giving you peace of mind. We like to get into properties to clean on the day of guest departure. This way, we can ensure that the property is secure and has been left in good order by the guests. We’ll tailor the clean based on your booking schedule and requirements. If you have new guests arriving the same day, we’ll ensure the cleaning team is big enough to get the property guest-ready by check-in time. The housekeeping team can also provide welcome packs and stock packs before the new guests arrive. Or if the property going to be vacant for a while, we’ll make sure heating and security are adjusted to your requirements, and will schedule a quick visit to make sure the property is fresh and guest-ready before the next booking.

Do I need to be present during housekeeping services?

Pure’s services are designed to be as hands-free for owners as possible. You’ll never need to be present if you don’t wish to be.

What COVID-19 safety measures do you have in place?

We’re pleased to say that the temporary measures put in place during Covid to fully disinfect properties no longer apply. This means guests no longer need to put their sheets into bags themselves and we can reduce the amount of chemicals used in properties too. With that said, Pure continues to take the hygiene and safety of properties and guests very seriously and will always adapt to the requirements of the times to ensure properties are a safe and clean environment for guests.

Can I trust your staff with my keys or access codes?

Trust plays an important role in the services we provide to property owners. We’ll always honour that and have never had an incident where that trust has been abused.

Can I customise the cleaning tasks included in the service

In short, yes you can! Let us know what you need in terms of cleaning tasks and we’ll do our best to deliver.

Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning options?

Yes. We provide housekeepers with eco-friendly cleaning materials. We work with waste collection services that do not use landfills, with a strong emphasis on recycling and reducing waste. We’re constantly looking at ways to have a more positive environmental impact.

How do you handle lost or damaged items during housekeeping?

Pure gathers lost property at our offices and reaches out to guests directly to arrange delivery. We believe that owners shouldn’t need to be hassled at all by this procedure when opting for full management. Our housekeepers utilise field management software with the facility to report damages at the property. Whilst this is always requested of housekeepers, we cannot guarantee that housekeepers can identify missing or damaged items. For property owners who require that level of certainty, we recommend our fully managed services where scheduled visits by a member of the Pure team will go through the condition of your property with a fine tooth comb.

How far in advance do I need to schedule services?

We’re always grateful for as much notice as possible. We’ve observed that last-minute bookings are becoming increasingly common and it is our responsibility to adapt to the changes in the industry. So while we can’t guarantee that we can get a housekeeper to your property on the same day as a booking, we very often do!

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a service?

Pure will always schedule based on the requirements of the property owner and their guests. If you ever need to reschedule, we only ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice.

What areas do you serve?

Pure currently services most of Devon and Cornwall. Starting in spring 2024, we’ll also be servicing most of Somerset too.

What is the cost of your services?

As Pure provides a range of services based on your specific requirements, prices vary. What you can be sure of are our competitive rates. Pure does not take a commission on the work of housekeepers or tradesmen who are sent to your property. We do this to keep all of our costs as low and transparent as possible.

What is your property management process?

The process is founded on a schedule of property management visits. These can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your needs. These visits are used to ensure the condition, security and cleanliness of the property are always up to a high standard. We can use these scheduled visits to collect and deliver mail and items required for the property such as a new toaster or microwave etc. With full management, our team can also remotely handle all compliance for your property and you also get 24/7 guest assistance included in the price. When you put all of these services together, the process is designed to offer home owners a hands-free management service for your investment.

How do I pay for your services?

Pure invoices monthly. With certain booking agencies we can invoice direct to your booking agent account. Otherwise, we’ll send your invoice by email for payment within 2 weeks. We also offer GoCardless services to simplify this process with a direct debit system.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the service?

Underpinning Pure’s services is a philosophy of extreme ownership. When you or your guests are not satisfied with the service you have received, our first port of call will always be to try and rectify the issue as quickly as possible. While we aren’t able to compensate based on how much your guests have paid to stay at the property, we wouldn’t charge for a service which we had not delivered.

Are your services available for both residential and commercial properties?

Pure specialises in housekeeping and property management for holiday homes and second homes in England’s West Country.

Are your services available on weekends and holidays?

Absolutely. These are the periods when your property gets the most bookings. Pure services properties during all bank holidays and any weekend of the year.
