What is a B Corp?

A B Corporation Certification is a trademark designation by B Lab UK recognising a business’ commitment to social and environmental care and performance. At the heart of this are accountability and transparency across five key impact areas: Governance, Workers, Community, Environment and Customers.
During assessment, verified measures are taken to demonstrate a business’ dedication to the highest standards and delivering positive change – leading from the inside to combat the world’s biggest challenges.

Our B Corp Impact Score

At Pure, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality property management. Our core values have always been based on community and sustainability, and we have developed a superb local network to support our goals of flawless service and positive local impact.
As part of our B Corp Certification, we seized the opportunity to be able to measure how deeply our values go. From renewable solar energy and responsible water use to staff volunteer days and transparency in the workplace, all aspects of our working environment and principles were held to account.
With a score requirement of over 80 to achieve designated B Corp Status, we were thrilled to achieve an overall score of 90.2.
